I live in North London with my husband Adrian and animal companions Floyd the Weimaraner and Gremlin and Panda the cats.    I have been working in a professional capacity with animals for the past five years, and have been teaching people to train their dogs for over four years.

For the last five years, I have been walking and caring for other people’s dogs, so I have experience with a wide variety of dogs in differing shapes and sizes.  Working daily with dogs has given me an excellent opportunity to learn about canine body language, as well as observing  the dogs social  interactions with both animals and people.

I am one of the instructors at Alpha Dog Training which is run by Sue and Ceri Evans, and takes place in Finsbury Park each Sunday.  In addition, I have been teaching puppy classes at Veterinary Practices for over four years.  

Teaching puppies is important to me as I think getting on the right track from the beginning is of huge importance to both owners and dogs.  I passionately believe that prevention is more effective than a cure.  

I make sure to attend courses held by highly renowned and respected trainers and behaviourists so I can stay up to date with the latest methods in dog training.
